To place a pre-order you will need to read and agree to the terms and conditions below, Please take these terms & conditions into consideration when placing a pre-order.
Pre-order Deposits Terns & Conditions
Deposits are required for each model that is pre ordered. Deposit can range from £5.00 - £20.00 depending on the full price of the model.
All deposits received are;
When you receive notification of your pre-order coming into stock and you no longer require the product you pre-ordered, please notify us via email or phone within 7 days. Failure to notify us on 3 separate occasions will result in cancellation of all current outstanding pre-orders. We are not obliged to refund the deposits paid on the outstanding pre-orders. Refunds are made at our discretion.
I have placed a pre-order. What happens next?
An email confirming you pre-order will be sent to you.
When the product comes into stock an email notification will be sent to request the balance payment.
In this email it will display the item on order, the deposit amount paid.
Their will be instructions in this email on how to make the balance payment.

Will I be updated on the release dates of my pre-order?
Release updates, new pictures etc and release dates will be updated via our blog and facebook page. We will not email you directly with this information.
I have many products on pre-order, will they be combined and shipped together?
Pre-orders will be combined if they are released at the same time. The website will do this automatically when you process the balance payment procedure.
Pre-orders released at different dates will be shipped separately.
I have received an in stock email notification and I’ve logged into my account but my order is not showing in my order history?
This may mean that you have placed you pre-order on a duplicate account.
Please contact us to resolve this.
I am unable to access my account or password reset email is not received?
If you have not received the password reset email, please check your spam/junk email folder.
