Delivery via DPD

The Courier Delivery is next working day service. A signature is required. (This service excludes weekends and all UK bank holidays)

Your email address or Mobile Number will be passed to DPD to notify you of the delivery. This email/text will explain when they will be making the delivery to you.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you are not in to receive the parcel, a card should be left and the parcel will be returned to the local Depot.

If you do get carded the courier will attempt delivery the next day. If you are not going to be in the next day please contact the local depot to arrange a convenient day to receive the delivery.

There will not be more than two delivery attempts. If a signature is not gained on the two attempts, the parcel will be returned and an administration fee of £10.00 will be charged to the customer. The customer will be re-charged to have the parcel re-delivered.

Delivery via Royal Mail

  • Royal Mail 2-3 Working Days
  • DPD Next Day Delivery - signature required (Excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

 

The delivery is a 1 or 2 day service for Royal Mail 24 Tracked and 2 or 3 day service for Royal Mail 48 (from despatch). No signature is required. If you are not in to receive the parcel, a card should be left and the parcel will be returned to the local Royal Mail sorting office.

European Union Courier Rates

We offer a 2-6 day European Courier service to our customers

Orders weighing over 2KG will be sent via DP. Standard £100 Insurance coverage included. If a signature is not gained on the delivery attempts Or if the Customs and import duty fees not paid on time, the parcel will be returned and an administration fee will be charged to the customer. The administration fee will be determined by DPD. The customer will be re-charged to have the parcel re-delivered.


International Delivery

    • Air Mail Tracked Via Royal Mail or DPD Direct
    • European Road Courier Service - DPD

 

Returns

In the event that faulty / broken goods are received or items are missing from your order, Jumblies Models should be notified via email within 30 days after the order date.

Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing.

Jumblies Models will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods. A replacement will be sent to on receipt of the returned model. 

Please note we operate a 30 Days returns policy from date of purchase.

Goods returned for other reasons (eg. wrongs goods ordered or model not liked by the customer) must be received by Jumblies Models in New, Unused condition and with no damages. In order to return goods you must email Jumblies Models within 30 working days from the receipt. The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason. A full refund for model amount shall be refunded on receipt of goods returned.

If you have ordered a Model kit, you have 30 days from date of purchase to advise of any faulty or missing parts. After the 30 days the warranty passes to the Manufacturer.
