The Eagle IV is based on the Mowag Duro truck because the Hummer chassis was no longer sufficient for the weight of almost nine tons of the extended armor. Depending on the cabin structure, it offers space for up to six people and a small loading area as well as protection against mines, ballistic projectiles (handheld weapons) and explosive devices. The engine with 242 hp is a diesel engine, permanent four-wheel drive with automatic transmission and can handle slopes of up to 60%. The vehicle driver is provided with current vehicle data and camera images via an electronic and optical display; The car also has an air regulation system for the tires and a smoke spray system. Like the “normal” Eagle, the version of the operational camera squad (EKT) is equipped with a weapon station, smoke cups and of course the same ballistic protection. The special feature of this version is the extendable camera mast on the rear roof. There is a powerful camera on this that the EK squad can use to create film footage from the protected vehicle, including combat situations, for the higher-level command. The camera can be extended 1.86 m upwards from its resting position on the vehicle roof in order to take pictures from cover or from an elevated position (around 5 m) for a better overview. In addition, the Eagle IV EKT is equipped with a satellite connection, which enables the film data to be transferred promptly or even broadcast live.

Returns

In the event that faulty / broken goods are received or items are missing from your order, Jumblies Models should be notified via email within 30 days after the order date.

Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing.

Jumblies Models will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods. A replacement will be sent to on receipt of the returned model. 

Please note we operate a 30 Days returns policy from date of purchase.

Goods returned for other reasons (eg. wrongs goods ordered or model not liked by the customer) must be received by Jumblies Models in New, Unused condition and with no damages. In order to return goods you must email Jumblies Models within 30 working days from the receipt. The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason. A full refund for model amount shall be refunded on receipt of goods returned.

If you have ordered a Model kit, you have 30 days from date of purchase to advise of any faulty or missing parts. After the 30 days the warranty passes to the Manufacturer.

Pre-order Deposits

Deposits are required for each model that is pre ordered. Deposit amount’s can range from £5.00 - £50.00 depending on the full price of the model.

All deposits received are;

•  Non transferable to other purchases or products
•  Non refundable if you cancel your order
•  Non refundable if you fail to pay the balance of the pre-ordered models within 7 days of receipt of notification.
•  Non refundable if the product is released after any advertised release date (All release dates are subject to change and are estimates at time of announcement)
•  Refundable if we cannot supply you with the product Pre ordered due to an allocation by the manufacturer.
•  Refundable if the product is cancelled by the Manufacturer.
•  Refundable If the product has not been released from 9 months of your Original order date and you wish to cancel. (Please note the 9 Months Cancelation Condition is Void when the model has been released)

When you receive notification of your pre-order coming into stock and you no longer require the product you pre-ordered, please notify us via email or phone within 7 days. Failure to notify us on 3 separate occasions will result in cancellation of all current outstanding pre-orders. We are not obliged to refund the deposits paid on the outstanding pre-orders. Refunds are made at our discretion.
