Of the 130 most successful air aces in history, all but one flew with the Luftwaffe during the Second World War, with an incredible 107 achieving 100 or more aerial victories. Among this elite group, one name stands above the rest according to his peers: Hans Joachim Marseille. Despite a troubled start to his career, marked by disciplinary issues and a playboy reputation, Marseille would become the highest scoring Luftwaffe ace not having fought on the Eastern Front.

Deployed to North Africa, Marseille flourished under fighter leader Eduard Neumann, who recognised exceptional talent in the young pilot. With the desert offering none of his usual distractions, Marseille perfected the art of deflection shooting and became a master of aerial combat. His victory tally climbed rapidly, with multiple kills on single missions earning him the legendary title 'Star of Africa'.

The Messerschmitt Bf 109F 'Friedrich' was his favoured mount, which he regarded as the perfect fighting machine. Between 24th August and 25th September 1942, he scored at least 49 victories in this aircraft type, including an extraordinary 17 kills in a single day, a feat that remains unmatched in aerial warfare history.

Returns

In the event that faulty / broken goods are received or items are missing from your order, Jumblies Models should be notified via email within 30 days after the order date.

Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing.

Jumblies Models will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods. A replacement will be sent to on receipt of the returned model. 

Please note we operate a 30 Days returns policy from date of purchase.

Goods returned for other reasons (eg. wrongs goods ordered or model not liked by the customer) must be received by Jumblies Models in New, Unused condition and with no damages. In order to return goods you must email Jumblies Models within 30 working days from the receipt. The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason. A full refund for model amount shall be refunded on receipt of goods returned.

If you have ordered a Model kit, you have 30 days from date of purchase to advise of any faulty or missing parts. After the 30 days the warranty passes to the Manufacturer.

Pre-order Deposits

Deposits are required for each model that is pre ordered. Deposit amount’s can range from £5.00 - £50.00 depending on the full price of the model.

All deposits received are;

•  Non transferable to other purchases or products
•  Non refundable if you cancel your order
•  Non refundable if you fail to pay the balance of the pre-ordered models within 7 days of receipt of notification.
•  Non refundable if the product is released after any advertised release date (All release dates are subject to change and are estimates at time of announcement)
•  Refundable if we cannot supply you with the product Pre ordered due to an allocation by the manufacturer.
•  Refundable if the product is cancelled by the Manufacturer.
•  Refundable If the product has not been released from 9 months of your Original order date and you wish to cancel. (Please note the 9 Months Cancelation Condition is Void when the model has been released)

When you receive notification of your pre-order coming into stock and you no longer require the product you pre-ordered, please notify us via email or phone within 7 days. Failure to notify us on 3 separate occasions will result in cancellation of all current outstanding pre-orders. We are not obliged to refund the deposits paid on the outstanding pre-orders. Refunds are made at our discretion.
