Even today people fall under the spell of piracy. Who does not know those tales from the 16th to the 18th centuries when the lawless pirates plied their evil trade, particularly in the Caribbean and off the coasts of South America. Insidiously they attacked ships in the search for gold, silver and coins and then disappeared under cover of darkness. The pirates stowed their booty in safe hiding places on one of the many small secluded islands. There they also sought refuge from the Spanish, British and Portuguese warships. The pirates were a law unto themselves. Their badge was the Jolly Roger the pirate flag known throughout the world.

In the event that faulty / broken goods are received or items are missing from your order, Jumblies Models should be notified via email within 30 days after the order date.
Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing.
Jumblies Models will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods. A replacement will be sent to on receipt of the returned model.
Please note we operate a 30 Days returns policy from date of purchase.
Goods returned for other reasons (eg. wrongs goods ordered or model not liked by the customer) must be received by Jumblies Models in New, Unused condition and with no damages. In order to return goods you must email Jumblies Models within 30 working days from the receipt. The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason. A full refund for model amount shall be refunded on receipt of goods returned.
If you have ordered a Model kit, you have 30 days from date of purchase to advise of any faulty or missing parts. After the 30 days the warranty passes to the Manufacturer.
Deposits are required for each model that is pre ordered. Deposit amount’s can range from £5.00 - £20.00 depending on the full price of the model.

When you receive notification of your pre-order coming into stock and you no longer require the product you pre-ordered, please notify us via email or phone within 7 days. Failure to notify us on 3 separate occasions will result in cancellation of all current outstanding pre-orders. We are not obliged to refund the deposits paid on the outstanding pre-orders. Refunds are made at our discretion.
