The Ford Transit has offered unrivalled versatility since it was launched in 1965 and the 2020 Transit Trail has expanded the vehicle’s capabilities even further. Designed for users who need the ability to work in conditions where traction is limited such as building sites or rural areas it was offered in two specifications.

The front-wheel drive Trail featured a Mechanical Limited-Slip Differential (mLSD), developed in partnership with well-known driveline specialists Quaife, that automatically directed torque to the wheel with the most grip. For those needing a workhorse to use off-road, however, the 4x4 model offered intelligent All-Wheel Drive with dynamic torque distribution between all four wheels to maximise traction.

The short wheelbase van modelled was used by Ford for PR work but the Trail was also available in numerous body styles including the Kombi, Double-cabin-in-van, or the Single and Double-cab chassis. All Trails were visually distinguished by a large matte black FORD ‘statement grille’, black cladding on the body sides, unique 16” alloy wheels and Trail badges on the front doors.

The interior featured durable easily cleaned leather seating, a FordPass Connect onboard modem with WiFi hotspot for up to ten devices and a Quickclear heated windscreen, which cleared ice and mist in seconds, even when the engine has only just been turned on. The Trail range was a unique proposition for those needing an off-road capable vehicle with impressive carrying capacity and connectivity.

Returns

In the event that faulty / broken goods are received or items are missing from your order, Jumblies Models should be notified via email within 30 days after the order date.

Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing.

Jumblies Models will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods. A replacement will be sent to on receipt of the returned model.

Please note we operate a 30 Days returns policy from date of purchase.

Goods returned for other reasons (eg. wrongs goods ordered or model not liked by the customer) must be received by Jumblies Models in New, Unused condition and with no damages. In order to return goods you must email Jumblies Models within 30 working days from the receipt. The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason. A full refund for model amount shall be refunded on receipt of goods returned.

If you have ordered a Model kit, you have 30 days from date of purchase to advise of any faulty or missing parts. After the 30 days the warranty passes to the Manufacturer.

Pre-order Deposits

Deposits are required for each model that is pre ordered. Deposit amount’s can range from £5.00 - £20.00 depending on the full price of the model.

All deposits received are;

•  Non transferable to other purchases or products
•  Non refundable if you cancel your order
•  Non refundable if you fail to pay the balance of the pre-ordered models within 7 days of receipt of notification.
•  Non refundable if the product is released after any advertised release date (All release dates are subject to change and are estimates at time of announcement)
•  Refundable if we cannot supply you with the product Pre ordered due to an allocation by the manufacturer.
•  Refundable if the product is cancelled by the Manufacturer.
•  Refundable If the product has not been released from 9 months of your Original order date and you wish to cancel. (Please note the 9 Months Cancelation Condition is Void when the model has been released)

When you receive notification of your pre-order coming into stock and you no longer require the product you pre-ordered, please notify us via email or phone within 7 days. Failure to notify us on 3 separate occasions will result in cancellation of all current outstanding pre-orders. We are not obliged to refund the deposits paid on the outstanding pre-orders. Refunds are made at our discretion.
