Damaged Boxes
Corgi's superb Pathfinder set contained probably the most famous British Bomber and Fighter Bomber of World War 2, the Lancaster and Mosquito! This is a very special limited edition set in a superbly finished box showing off these fine models to good effect. Just a few left now! Production was limited to 2,300 worldwide. The Pathfinder force aircraft modelled are an Oboe equipped Mosquito of 109 Squadron and a BV1 Lancaster of 635 Squadron.
Pathfinders were special elite squadrons equipped with the finest aircraft and men, tasked to lead important bombing missions and find and mark the target. The men who flew these special aircraft were the cream of the cream in Bomber Harris's Bomber Command. Dangerous work!
