Delivery Details

Delivery via Interlink Express

The Courier Delivery is next working day service. A signature is required. (Next Day service excludes weekends and all UK bank holidays)

Your email address will be passed to Interlink Express to notify you of the delivery. This email will explain when they will be making the delivery to you.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you are not in to receive the parcel, a card should be left and the parcel will be returned to the local Interlink Depot.

If you do get carded the courier will attempt delivery the next day. If you are not going to be in the next day please contact the local depot to arrange a convenient day to receive the delivery.

There will not be more than two delivery attempts. If a signature is not gained on the two attempts, the parcel will be returned and an administration fee of £10.00 will be charged to the customer. The customer will be re-charged to have the parcel re-delivered.

Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked

The tracked delivery is a next working day service (from despatch). No signature is required. If you are not in to receive the parcel, a card should be left and the parcel will be returned to the local Royal Mail sorting office.

European Union Courier Rates

We offer a 2-5 day European Courier service to our customers

Orders weighing over 2KG will be sent via DPD. Standard £100 Insurance coverage included. If a signature is not gained on the delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned and an administration fee will be charged to the customer. The administration fee will be determined by DPD. The customer will be re-charged to have the parcel re-delivered.
